In 2020, I took the entrepreneurial leap and founded my own marketing agency, seeking to expand my skillset and utilize my free time during the Covid pandemic. Initially focusing on social media, I executed comprehensive digital audits, handled community management, and created content calendars, graphics and blogs for a range of clients.

I then expanded my client base to include companies in the AI, CPG and hemp industries, providing full-service marketing support, across product, digital, analytics, market research, media relations, and campaign strategy. I conducted competitor analysis, sales enablement, and customer insights to identify pain points, and provide feedback to ensure success. Through my efforts, I successfully identified new leads and opportunities for growth, thereby contributing to the success of each client and business as a whole.

I utilized my experience in digital marketing, research, and data analysis to curate and compile top user-generated content to be re-shared and properly attributed for key brands. Through my adept use of go-to-market strategy and industry analysis, I successfully increased product adoption, conversion rates, and boosted digital engagement. My extensive background in marketing has given me a profound understanding of how to utilize content across various demographics, while understanding the most effective channels for engaging different audiences. Product Marketing

SkySense: Spearhead go-to-market strategy directly correlated to increasing sales and product adoption for B2B clients through the creation of sell sheets, markers research, data analysis, competitive intelligence programs, digital strategy and sales outreach. I worked directly with the founder, IT team and sales to ensure consistent messaging across both SkySenese and HempScouter, while ensuring content is effectively calls out key product features to the right target audiences. By leveraging innovative strategies designed to educate potential clients, I helped to successfully obtain a new client, which increased sales for the quarter by 70%.

P&B Kitchen: I led the go-to-market marketing campaign for P&B Kitchen's new crystal-coated gummies, involving a series of strategic actions. I began by conducting extensive market research to understand current trends, customer preferences, and competitors, which helped pinpoint the target demographics and unique selling points. I developed a compelling value proposition that highlighted the gummies' distinctive features, such as their unique crystal coating, superior taste, and health benefits, differentiating them from existing products.

I then created a consistent and appealing brand message along with a visual identity that resonated with our target audience. This included designing promotional materials and messaging that emphasized the gummies' uniqueness. Strategically, I selected and utilized effective marketing channels—such as social media, loyalty programs, email marketing, in-store promotions and B2B incentives—to maximize our reach and sales conversions with potential customers.

Additionally, I organized successful promotional campaigns that generated buzz and excitement, driving initial sales and building brand recognition. Through these efforts, the campaign effectively introduced the crystal-coated gummies to the market, garnering positive customer feedback and achieving strong sales performance.

Social Media Management

Sage Social Media and Marketing Studios: Managed the company's main social media account, creating engaging content and growing our online presence. I work directly with the CEO on strategy and planning, helping to shape the brand’s digital voice and implement effective marketing campaigns. Collaborating closely on high-level initiatives, I assist with overall social media management, content strategy, content creation, and digital marketing execution.

Prince Street Pizza and Irv’s Burgers: Spearheaded efforts related to managing user-generated content for Irv's Burgers and for Prince Street Pizza across three states and four locations. I assisted in curating captivating content, keeping in mind social media and industry trends. Drawing on our audiences and social trends, I crafted compelling copy and targeted hashtags. I also assisted in developing and executing unique content ideas, lending my creative expertise to on-set shoots to produce dynamic Reels and TikTok's.

By leveraging innovative strategies designed to spark conversation and inspire engagement, I successfully increased following for Prince Street Pizza by 24% and Irv's Burgers by 12% on Instagram and increased views on TikTok by 35% for Prince Street Pizza and by 15% for Irv's Burgers, further cementing their position as prominent players in the food industry.

Art With Me Festival: Collaborated on crafting a dynamic social media strategy for the Art With Me Festival 2023. Working as a cohesive team of three, we curated content for social media, selected featured artists to promote on the feed, and strategically balanced showcasing the festival lineup with promoting individual artists and activations to ensure engagement and versatility. Drawing insights from previous posts, we identified the most engaging content and built marketing campaigns around. Continuously analyzing data, we fine-tuned our approach to maximize ticket sales and cultivate enthusiasm for the festival.

My Shared Harvest Fund: Conducted an audit of social media accounts spanning four distinct channels with the purpose of identifying My Shared Harvest Fund’s respective strengths and weaknesses, in order to develop an effective social media strategy to enhance engagement and attract more followers. Subsequent to completion of the social media audit, a comprehensive content calendar was designed for each of the channels that aligned with data-driven insights. The scope of responsibilities also included collaborating on the creation of graphics and composing informative copy aimed at augmenting volunteer attendance and elevating brand awareness. The results were noteworthy, with a 22% increase in Instagram following and a 10% increase in post engagement on LinkedIn, achieved through successful implementation of the devised strategy.

Shaina B Miami: Developed a comprehensive content calendar spanning six months for Instagram, leveraging current industry trends, events, and holidays to optimize post engagement. I spearheaded content ideation, shot list creation, set design, and iPhone photography to ensure visually compelling content. I also handled post-production editing to align with brand aesthetics. Following completion of the content calendar, I managed photoshoots and crafted compelling copy and hashtags to captivate the target audience. The initiative resulted in a 15% growth in followers and an overall post engagement boost of 20%.

GTM Strategy

Reach Agency: As a Project Marketing Manager, I played a key role in the go-to-market strategy and launch of Unwell Hydration. Collaborating closely with Unwell’s marketing team, internal stakeholders, and Nestlé’s marketing team, I ensured seamless coordination and execution of pre-launch activities. My primary focus was on organization and deadline management, making sure all tasks were completed on schedule for a successful and timely launch. This short-term project required strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration to bring the brand to market efficiently.

Crustacean: Played an instrumental role in the marketing strategy for the re-launch of Crustacean Beverly Hills. I effectively devised and implemented a range of innovative ideas aimed at attracting a fresh and diverse demographic to the establishment, and provided invaluable assistance during the event launch. I contributed to the selection of unique items and new dishes to augment the menu, as well as identifying menu items that should be showcased during the event. Additionally, I assisted in the development of captivating social media content and influencer relations to augment brand recognition. The successful implementation of these marketing initiatives yielded a 35% increase in patronage.

Erba Markets: Developed and executed the marketing launch campaign for the retail location and store opening, incorporating strategies across digital, in-store, and out-of-home (OOH) channels. This also included promotions, incentives, and small-scale events to drive awareness and engagement.
